“My parents were both from extremely different backgrounds. My father’s Italian, my mother was of Swedish descent. They’re both first-generation Americans.”
“It took awhile for me to get used to speaking candidly about my own life. I got into it, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience.”
“As a young actor: what an opportunity! And, I never left the set, since – and I am so lucky in that way – Erica was very involved in a lot of scenes. So, I would stay put, usually on Ruth Warrick’s set, actually, and hear her talk about Orson Welles and the Mercury Theater and Citizen Kane.”
“It’s been a fantastic journey. I’ve loved playing Erica Kane and working with Agnes Nixon and all the incredible people involved with All My Children. I’m looking forward to all kinds of new and exciting opportunities.”
