Keith Lionel Urban, popularly known as Keith Urban was born on 26^th October 1967 in Whangarei, North Island, New Zealand. His career began in Australia. He released a self titled debute album in 1991. In the year 1992, Urban finally moved to United States.  He worked as a session guitarist initially and then started his own band called “The Ranch”. The band released one studio album with Capitol Records and its two singles made it to the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.
