Nick Lachey went to the School of Creative and Performing Arts and later to Miami University in Oxford. He started his singing career in mid 1990s with his friend at Kings Island, where he played at a park. Later they formed the boy band 98 Degrees with the members being Nick Lachey’s brother Drew Lachey, Justin Jeffre and Jeff Timons. Their debut album, called 98 Degrees, was not much of a success and did no good to the band. In March 2009, Nick Lachey produced a musical reality show called Taking the Stage which documented the lives of students at the School for Creative and Performing Arts, the school where Lachey himself studied.
