The two and a half men fame star was once the highest paid actor on Television. Charlie Sheen’s real name is Carlos Irwin Estevez. His father is also an esteemed actor, Martin Sheen. He earned $ 1.8 dollars per episode for two and a half men.  He has starred in many successful films such as  Platoon (1986), The Wraith (1986), Wall Street (1987), Major League (1989), Hot Shots! (1991), Hot Shots! Part Deux (1993), Scary Movie 3 (2003), and Scary Movie 4 (2006). He is famous for his roles in Anger management, 2 and a half men and Spin City.

Early life

Sheen was born in New York city on September 3, 1965. He showed an interest in acting during his adolescence. He soon adopted the name, Charlie Sheen. He was expelled from schools because of poor grades and attendance.

Films   

He first starred in the 1984 Cold war teen drama  Red Dawn with Patrick Swayze and C. Thomas Howell. He did ‘Wall street’ along with his father in 1988. He also starred in ‘Eight Men Out’. Alongside his father, Sheen appeared in Cadence  as outfielder Happy Felsch. Sheen has appeared in many comedy roles in movies such as  Money Talks, and the spoof Hot Shots. He also appeared in the third, fourth and fifth edition of Scary Movie. In 2012, he starred in the comedy film A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III.

Television

He first starred in the last 2 season of Spin city replacing  Michael J. Fox in 2000. He won numerous nominations and a golden globe award for his outstanding performance. In 2003, Charlie Sheen was selected to play the role of Charlie Harper in Two and a half men. The show became a massive hit with Charlie Sheen becoming the highest paid actor ever. After 9 seasons, Sheen was publicly fired from two and a half men because of his notorious activities. In 2012, he returned to small screen with another show named ‘Anger management’.

Personal life

Charlie has been married and divorced 3 times. He has 5 children. He became a grandfather when his daughter Cassandra  gave birth to a child. He has been accused of drug abuse and domestic violence by his wives. He has been a notorious and controversial figure throughout his life.

Charity

In 2004, he donated many dollars for Research and development for the cure of Breast cancer. He was also the major donor and supporter for Aid for AIDS movement. He was honored with the AFA Angel Award for the same reason. He co-hosted a  New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project charity event with Jenna Elfman in 2008. He donated 1 dollar from each ticket of his “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not An Option Show” 2011 tour to the Red Cross Japanese Earthquake Relief Fund. In 2012, Charlie sheen declared that he would give $ 1 million to USO.

It  is located in the Beverly Hills in Southern California. It is spread on an area of 7,924 square feet and has 5 king sized bed-room. It boasts a professional outdoor kitchen, premium quality finishes, screen room, king size pool, spa and top class equipment’s.
