David Karp is a very brilliant man of his age and he started his career as an intern as the animation company. He was an intern under Fred Seibert at the Frederator Studios. During this time only i=he developed his first blogging platform, also, wrote and edited their first internet video network called Channel Frederator. David Karp worked on UrbanBaby which is an online parenting forum till it was sold to CNET in the year 2006. Moving on, he started his own software consulting company called Davidville and worked with a computer engineer Marco Arment. They both worked very hard and complete their various projects if clients. Not only is this, they together worked on microblogging website which was later known to be Tumbler. His life was not smooth and he was separated from his parents only at the age of 17. he started his career at a very early age of 14 at Frederator Studios as mentioned earlier. He was so fascinated by the work of computer engineers at the Frederators that he regularly visits there. He also started taking his Japanese classes at the Japan Society where he found a math tutor with whom later he worked out just to win blackjack and poker. Once an entrepreneur need help with Urban Bay so he asked this frederator to suggest someone. Frederator suggested David Karp this job and David surprisingly, finished the project in just four hours which is a work of couple of days. Now being impressed by his work, John made David the head of product and gave him a small amouny of equity.
