Anthony was born to John Michael Kiedis who was professionally known as Blackie Dammett, who is an actor and Margaret “Peggy” Noble. In the year 1966, his parents got divorced and after that he was raised by his mother and Stepfather. But the relationship with father does not ended, he regularly visits him in each summer for two weeks so that the could remain bound. In the year 1974, at the age of twelve years, he moved to Hollywood to live permanently with his father, who was a struggling actor and sold drugs for the survival. Due to the drug selling, sometimes, Anthony and his father take marijuana and cocaine together. He along with his friends Flea and Slovak form a band with the former Anthym-Drummer called Tony Flow and the Miraculously Majestic Masters of Mayhem. The band had only one song, Out In LA and was formed just to play a song together. Later on they practiced together, initially the voice of Kiedis was not that good but later he improved on and started performing in shows. After performing in several shows. They changed their band name to Red Hot Chili Peppers. Once they performed in a Strip bar and after that they regularly performed with socks on their penises. After some time, Keidis and Flea hired other members in the band, Cliff Marinez who was a drummer and guitarist Jack Sherman.
