His both parents are doctors and made him studied in Townsend Harris High School which is a public school in Flushing, Queens. After this he attended the Harvard University in the year 2000. He got admission in the Harvard University as he scored near-perfect SAT. He graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. cum laude in applied mathematics in the year 2004. Not only is this in the year 2012 he was graduated from Northwestern University School of Law and the Kellogg School of Management and earned J.D. and MBA degree.

Sum Zero
Divya Narendra founded the SumZero with an idea that was initially inspired by a need for a simple, centralized and searchable platform in which professional investors working at hedge funds could share rigorous investment ideas and network with one another. After than the concept has expended and the Divya Narendra co-founded the Sum Zero along with Aalap Mahadevia. Divya Narendra is a very innovative person and always come with a new idea. He has achieved a great heights in his life and is today a multi-millionaire of the era.
ConnectU
ConnectU is another achievement of is life. This concept is very re,arkable and he implemented it during his stay at Harvard along with his two ither friends. But as he was unaware of the web coding he went to his another Harvard mate Mark Zuckerberg for the help.but instead of help he used his clever mind and stole the idea of ConnectU and convert it into the Facebook which we are using today and addicted to it badly.
Initially Sanjay Mavinkurve begin the work of Harvard Connection and left the project in spring 2003 and went to work for Google. After Sanjay left Winklevoss brothers and Divya approached a friend Victor Gao, who agreed to work but not for full time and was paid $400 for the work. The Harvard Connection or the ConnectU was launched in May 21, 2004 that was found in December 2002. By the social networking site all the Harvard people can be easily connected and stay in touch.
Mark Zuckerberg
In the year 2003, Victor Gao referred Mark Zuckerberg in the Harvard Connection and ask Divya and friends to take him in for the better future of ConnectU as he is good in web coding. At this time the previous ConnectU programmers had already developed the registration, front pages and the database. Mark Zuckerberg later asked Victor to handover all the programming duties to him. Ans soon he was given the server location and password of the unfinished Harvard Connection website and after this instead of making progress he delayed for a long time and on January 11, 2004 he registered the domain thefacebook.com and never mentioned to the Harvard Connection team that he was busy in this domain work. Even after registering the domain he never talk about it and on February 4, 2004 he officially launched the website and backstabbed the ConnectU team.
This would be more shocking to know that Harvard Connection first learned about the Facebook on February 6, 2004 and Mark Zuckerberg left the Harvard Connection with its code incomplete which led to the violence between everyone. Divya and team later lodged a complaint against Mark with the Harvard Administrative Board and University president Larry Summers. Larry summers advised the team to take the matter to the court which they actually did and the settelement ended up with $65 million.
