MF Doom is an American underground Hip Hop artist. His real name is Daniel Dumile. He is known for his eccentric stage persona and lyrics. He has adopted many names such as Danger Doom, JJ Doom and Mad Villain in his career. He was born on January 9 1971 in London, England. His mother is a Trinidadian and father a Zimbabwean. His family moved to New York when he was young. He got raised in Long Island.

MUSIC CAREER

As Zev Love X, he formed a rap trio named KMD. It also included his younger brother DJ Subroc and MC Rodan. Rodan soon left the group and was replaced by Onyx the Birthstone Kid. He then released an album named ‘The Mouse and The mask’ under the group name Danger Doom. The Album reached at #41 on the billboard charts. The album received a score of 81/100 which indicates Universal Acclaim. MF Doom also produced the tracks for Ghostface Killah’s album Fishscale and morefish. In 2006, MF Doom released an EP named Occult Hymn. It received moderate reviews and success. MF Doom then released ‘Born like this’ in 2009.
