Salman has been in beef with the law for several reasons many times. He first got onto the bad side of the law in 2001 after his former girlfriend Aishwarya Rai’s parents lodged a police complaint against the actor for threatening her and forcing her to appear at the social gathering of a local crime figure. The actress produced a tape against Salman, however the tape was later concluded as fake after forensic investigation.
In 2006, Salman was granted one year jail for Black Buck hunting.
Khan was also arrested in 2002 for negligent driving, one person sleeping on the footpath died and three were injured in the accident. In 2013, court charged him with Culpable homicide but the actor pleaded not guilty. The case is still under Trial.
