Vincent Anthony Vaughn was born in Minnesota, in the year 1970. His father is Vernon Lindsay Vaughn, who is a salesman for a toy company and his mother is Sharon Eileen, who is a stockbroker and a real estate agent. Vaughn’s parents got divorced in the year 1991. He has two elder sisters named Victoria and Valerie. He was brought up by his Catholic mother and Protestant father. Vaughn has always been into a lot of sports. While living in Illinois, he played football, baseball and also wrestled. But, he says that he was not really that good in sports. He decided to become an actor when he was seventeen years old. He lists his mother as his main source of inspiration.
CAREER
After being cast in a Chevrolet commercial, Vaughn decided to move to Hollywood. He appeared in the TV series China Beach and three CBS Schoolbreak Specials. He debuted with the movie Rudy where he played the character of Jamie O’Hare. After this, he was cast Swingers. It was a successful independent film. He received a lot of critical appreciation for his acting in the movie Return to Paradise. Following this movie, he starred in movies like The Cell, Made and South of Heaven, West of Hell. From 2003 to 2005, Vaughn starred in movies like Old School, Starsky & Hutch, Dodgeball, Be Cool, Thumbsucker Mr. & Mrs. Smith and Wedding Crashers. After doing such movies, Vaughn became known as a Frat Pack. In 2006 came the movie The Break-Up alongside Jennifer Aniston.
Vaughn has always been a good actor. Following 2007, he starred in movies like Fred Claus, Into The Wild, Couples Retreat, The Dilemma, Four Christmases. He was honored to sing in the charity-single remake of We Are The World, in the year 2010. Vaughn turned producer with the movie The Risk Agent. He also developed a reboot produced by CBS to the series The Brady Bunch.

Vince Vaughn started dating Jennifer Aniston in the year 2005. However, they broke up the following year, in 2006. During this phase, there were rumors that Vaughn had cheated on Aniston and because of this reaason, Vaughn filed a lawsuit against the involved three tabloid magazines. In 2009, he started dating Kyla Weber and tied the knot in 2010, in Illinois. The couple has two children: Daughter, Locklyn Kyla Vaughn and son, Vernon Lindsay Vaughn, born in 2010 and 2013, respectively.
Vaughn supported libertarian republican presidential candidate Ron Paul in both 2008 and 2012 elections. He is a fan of University of Notre Dame and is often seen cheering for the Fighting Irish. He is a really strong supporter of Chicago Cubs. Vaughn also supports Chicago Blackhawks and is an avid hockey lover. He almost never misses home games at the United Center.
