She owns a New York triplex apartment, which is said to look more like a five-star hotel in Dubai than any regular condo in the city. Yes, she doesn’t seem to settle for any less. She owns a mansion in Bahamas, which is on a 3-acre land gated compound. The house features four detached buildings painted a very light blush pink, Mariah’s favorite color, to match the sand of the color. Carey always been associated with charitable organizations. She has donated to organizations like Fresh Air Fund, which provides summer vacations for children from disadvantaged communities. She has also been with a camp called Camp Mariah, that enables inner-city youth of New York to embrace the arts and introduces them career opportunities. In 2008, she was named the Hunger Ambassador for the World Hunger Relief Movement.
